    • To prevent a customer loss, created an architecture that would meet the requirements of 99.99% availability, 15 minute Return To Operations, and 0 minute Recovery Point Objectives. Architecture include updated HA and DR plans with blue/green deployment capabilities and automation. Key feature is inclusion of Global Traffic Manager over Private OCI LoadBalance service with mTLS and multiple private TLS CA verification possible.
  • Provide support for VMware on OCI with a team around the world. Includes process creation and improvement for new hire experience, training, on call scheduling, ticket handling, and customer problem diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Assisted with the delivery, metrics, and instrumentation of Oracle Database System For Azure, enabling customers of Azure to deploy Oracle Database as a Service on OCI and connect it to Azure workloads.
  • Provided operational support and reporting for region build lab environments to improve speed, reliability, and correctness of OCI Region Build process.
  • Discovered and promoted previously existing but not well known best practices to ensure all teams are able to validate their services are working during the region build process as well as in production. This proposal received executive endorsement and became part of an improve program for all OCI service teams. Incremental improvements are ongoing.
  • Designed with team multiple blueprints for operating a managed service provider and their customers on a cloud. Includes the ability to handle multiple regulatory environments, and is now patent pending. Work included automation via Ansible and has scaled to handle over 200 OCI Tenancy with various IaaS, and PaaS components in over 18 regions around the world.
  • Contributed projects to Oracle Quickstart on GitHub to demonstrate OCI Resource Manager One Click deployments for
    • Multiple VCN Deployments
    • Ansible AWX via Docker which includes references from OCI SDK Documentation for Ansible Collection and in collaboration with the Oracle Blog post Using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with Ansible Tower and AWX.
    • Deployment of a few different GIT Forge environments via Docker such as GitLab CE, Gitea, and GOGS.
